I was given a window of 8am-12pm for someone to meet me at the building. I got a call around 7:45am that someone would be there at 8:20am. I met Jack there and he was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. After the inspection, Jack told me the minor issues that needed to be fixed and said he could take care of it immediately, which he did, all the while explaining everything and keeping me informed. Wayne came in and fixed my problem so quickly. Kinda like a magician if you ask me. lol he came in assessed the issues and was able to fix what needed to be fixed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure to talked to me along the way, and kept me in the loop along the way. Trusting the right people to come into your home surely is scary. EV Charger Installation bottom line: very satisfied with the quality, final work and the professionalism of the entire team.
From day one, they were able to give me all information about the job, answered all my doubts and never rushing into going to the next job. They shared up-to-date information about rebates, caveats and do’s and don’ts about the product.
Here’s my experience:
1. Call to ask for quote
2. A technician came and analyze my job requirements and I made informed decision about the placement of the EV charger
3. Approved the quote later and setup an installation date
4. Job done
5. Bonus; they explain me about the EV charger setup and most common troubleshooting steps.
6. Defined permit inspection date

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they charged a very fair amount. They were at the house exactly when they said they would be here.
